GYB Publisher turns a topic into finished image carousels, schedules them, and — if you want — publishes them to your connected TikTok account through the official API.

The images are drawn from your input, not painted by an AI. The text is suggested by a language model — you see it and can change it before anything goes out.

You need an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. An account belongs to one person or one company — it is not meant to be shared.

You keep the rights to everything you upload and create. We use your content solely to provide the service — it is never resold and never used to train AI models.

In return you confirm that you hold the rights to the images you upload and that your content complies with applicable law.

What appears on TikTok appears under your name. So it is also on you to make sure it follows TikTok’s Community Guidelines — including disclosing advertising and paid partnerships, which you can do in the posting dialog.

Text suggestions come from a language model. It can be wrong, work from outdated assumptions, or state something confidently that simply is not true. Check the text before you publish it — what stands on your profile is your responsibility.

Every generated image carries a machine-readable provenance marker in its metadata. It satisfies the marking duty under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and belongs to the file. Please do not strip it — besides being required, it is the evidence of how an image came to be.

Whether, and to what extent, copyright exists in AI-generated text is not settled law. We pass on to you every right we hold in it; beyond that we cannot promise anything.

One carousel is free — no payment details needed. Beyond that there is a paid plan; the price that applies is shown in the app before you agree to anything.

Small-business exemption under section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act: all prices are final, no VAT is shown, and none can be reclaimed as input tax.

We provide the tool, not the outcome: reach, views and engagement are not guaranteed. How a post is distributed is entirely TikTok’s decision.

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed either. The service depends on third-party interfaces (TikTok, AI providers, hosting); if those change or fail, the service may be limited for a while.

Anything that breaks TikTok’s rules or applicable law is not allowed — in particular spam, automated bulk posting beyond the limits provided, misleading content, and other people’s content used without the rights to it. Serious or repeated breaches can get an account suspended.

You can stop at any time and delete your account, which removes your data (see the privacy policy). Posts already published stay on TikTok until you delete them there.

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for breaches of essential contractual duties; otherwise liability is excluded as far as the law permits. Liability for personal injury and under mandatory consumer protection law is unaffected.

Austrian law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence say otherwise.
